Leone Host Web Hosting Company Terms of Service
These terms of service (“Terms”) apply to the use of the Leone Host web hosting services (“Services”) by the client (“Client”) and govern the relationship between Leone Host and the Client. By using the Services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms. If the Client does not agree to these Terms, they should not use the Services.
Service Description: Leone Host provides web hosting services, including shared hosting, WordPress hosting, and other related services. The Services are provided on an as-is basis, and Leone Host does not guarantee the availability, reliability, or performance of the Services.
Service Fees: The Client agrees to pay the fees for the Services as outlined in the pricing plan selected by the Client. Leone Host reserves the right to modify the fees and pricing plans at any time, with or without notice.
Payment Terms: Payment for the Services is due in advance and will be automatically charged to the Client’s payment method on a recurring basis, as specified in the Client’s pricing plan. If the Client’s payment is declined, Leone Host may suspend or terminate the Services until payment is received.
Service Termination: The Client may terminate the Services at any time by providing written notice to Leone Host. The Client will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid in advance, but any unused portion of the prepaid fees may be credited to the Client for use towards future services.
Leone Host may terminate the Services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, upon written notice to the Client. In such cases, the Client will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid in advance.
Content and Conduct: The Client is solely responsible for the content and conduct of its website and any associated online presence. The Client agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to those related to data protection, intellectual property, and the transmission of technical data.
The Client agrees not to use the Services to:
Post, upload, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise offensive.
Engage in any activities that violate the rights of others, including but not limited to intellectual property rights and privacy rights.
Use the Services for any unauthorized or malicious purposes, including but not limited to hacking, spamming, phishing, or distributing malware.
Leone Host reserves the right to remove any content or conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Services or Leone Host’s reputation, without prior notice.
Warranty Disclaimer: The Services are provided on an as-is basis and without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. Leone Host does not guarantee the availability, reliability, or performance of the Services, and shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Services.
Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Leone Host, its affiliates, and its and their employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising from the Client’s use of the Services, including but not limited to those related to content and conduct.
Governing Law: These Terms and the relationship between Leone Host and the Client shall be governed by the laws of Sierra Leone. The Client agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sierra Leone in any dispute arising from or related to these Terms.
Amendments: Leone Host reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with or without notice. The Client’s continued use of the Services after any amendments have been made shall be deemed acceptance of the amended Terms.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any applicable pricing plan selected by the Client, constitute the entire agreement between Leone Host and the Client, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, understandings, and agreements between Leone Host and the Client, whether written or oral, relating to the Services.
